Hope you’re having a great week so far! I have a very fun weekend coming up, so that always makes the work week feel a little longer.
I’ve decided that I’m going to have just two posts per week, and I’m going with one on Tuesdays and one on Fridays. Working shiftwork means strange patterns of days off (and sporadic blog posts) so I think just sticking to 2 days a week will make my blog more consistent.
I had a great spin workout yesterday before work and I’ve got one coming up tomorrow morning as well. My gym added a new class time late morning so that gets two thumbs up from me!
