My name is Jill and I’m a 25 year old girl living in Nova Scotia, Canada.
When I’m not working I love to be doing something productive and active. My main work-outs are spin classes, TRX classes, bootcamps, and weight training. I sprinkle in some regular and hot yoga as well, and I am trying to make these classes a regular part of my week. I’m also a part-time Spin instructor at my gym.
In the winter I love to snowboard. I took it up three years ago and haven’t looked back! I cross country ski as well, though not as regularly as I would like.
In the summer I love to camp. I do a little hiking too, and I try to bike outside also. I also love my cottage and try to spend as much time there as I can.
I bought my first house two years ago and have a huge passion for home decor and DIY projects. To some people a home is just a place to sleep, but for me it’s an extension of my personality and I want that to shine through in how it is decorated.
I enjoy life but I also enjoy food too, and I truly believe that there can be a balance between the two. My blog will primarily focus on food and fitness, but I’ll also sprinkle in some posts on the other things I love 🙂 You’ll hear me mention my boyfriend Dave quite a bit too. He’s pretty special to me 🙂
